Tribeca Loft

Located in a pre-war condo in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood, this home was a gut renovation with each detail carefully curated and thoughtfully designed. Tasked to create a clean and chic modern space for a young couple, it was most important to create intimate and inviting spaces within an open concept for the clients to entertain comfortably. The kitchen, the biggest design challenge for the team, was completely redesigned to integrate a large island, creating a continuous and clean countertop. While this loft was designed with an overall modern and clean aesthetic, Legeard Studio integrated ornament through materiality, particularly in the finishes in the primary bathroom vanity and powder room details.
